Welcome to Optipilot!
By using our services, you agree to these terms of use. Read them carefully before registering an account or using our app, website, or other services.

1. General

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of OptiPilot's services, including:

  • our mobile application,
  • our website https://optipilot.se, or via our portal https://*.optipilot.cloud
  • our payment and charging services for electric vehicles.

2. Acceptance of terms

By:

  • create an account,
  • log in with Google or another SSO,
  • or otherwise use our services,

you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept the terms, you may not use the service.

3. Account and login

To use certain features, you need to create an account.

  • You can register with email, Google login, Apple login, or another method we currently offer.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with others.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

Optipilot may suspend or terminate your account if there is suspicion of abuse or violation of these terms.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • use the service only in accordance with applicable laws,
  • not attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the functionality of the service,
  • not use the service in a way that harms other users or OptiPilot.

5. Payments and Charging Services

When you make payments via Optipilot:

  • Uses third-party providers such as Stripe, Worldline, Payter, and Swish.
  • All payments are subject to the terms of the respective payment provider.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide, e.g., payment method and charging point, is correct.

Refunds and complaints are handled in accordance with Swedish consumer legislation.

6. Personal Data

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the service, you consent to our processing of your personal data in accordance with the policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to Optipilot's trademarks, logos, designs, texts, software, and other content belong to OptiPilot or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the content of the service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Optipilot strives to ensure that the service is available and operates without interruption, but we cannot guarantee this.
We are not responsible for:

  • indirect damages, loss of data or lost profits,
  • problems caused by third-party providers, such as charging stations or payment solutions.

9. Changes to the terms

Optipilot may update these terms as needed.
When we make significant changes, we will inform you via the app and/or website.
The updated terms come into effect upon publication.

10. Account termination

You can terminate your account at any time by contacting our support.
Upon termination, we may retain certain information in accordance with legal requirements, such as the Accounting Act.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation.
If the parties cannot agree, the dispute may be settled by a Swedish court, with Luleå District Court as the first instance.
